John Hardisty has been the CEO and Partner of Melhorn Construction since 2004. John has owned two related construction-companies, Munson Hardisty, LLC (General Contractor and Developer—recently completed a 252 unit HUD Commercial Apartment Project in Knoxville, TN) and Hardisty Inc. (Commercial Drywall-Tenant Improvement Contractor). These companies provided Melhorn’s staff with additional knowledge of standards of care, cost, and direct ‘hands-on’ in-the-field construction and development experience.
John currently owns a Construction Litigation Consulting firm, Hardisty Construction Management, founded in 1983, is a construction consulting firm that has worked on thousands of projects providing construction litigation services and general consulting services that include
